We visited during the 2024 Total Eclipse. Hotel rooms in Vermont were unattainable, and the hotel was full. The staff had difficulties keeping up with the sheer volume of guests trying to check in, but they were pleasant. The staff worked hard and found us a room for a 2nd day. We watched the eclipse from a grassy area on the hotel grounds with 40 to 50 other guests.

The lady I assume was the manager was very accommodating, she helped us out in a bind. I was very appreciative of her working with us.

Absolutely amazing. High speed WiFi. Abundant outlets. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Good water, coffee machine, towels, refrigerator, I honestly don’t know what else you could ask for.

The location was very reasonable and was close to My Step Daughter and Family.

It is a beautiful building, a box office main street. With in easy walking distance to the stores and restaurants. The train station is right there. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever in town
